Chronic Wasting Disease update for the 2023/24 hunting season - February 7, 2024
Chronic Wasting Disease has been confirmed in B.C. in two deer samples from the Kootenay Region. In response, we are asking for the specific locations where deer were harvested in the 2023/2024 season. Details can be found on the Chronic Wasting Disease surveillance and testing page.
