This page provides information about the administrative justice system and how tribunals, that are part of that system, conduct their work.
  • What is administrative justice?
Administrative justice is the opportunity – or in some cases, the requirement – to have disputes resolved or rights determined by a specialized body instead of the court.  Those specialized bodies are typically referred to as “tribunals”, with individual tribunals often called a “board” or “commission” (for example, the Labour Relations Board and the Forest Appeals Commission).
