Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal Governance Tools, October, 2007

The Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal (the Tribunal) recently developed a number of Governance Tools to assist the Tribunal in building a culture of excellence. Six key tools, including member Code of Conduct, Qualifications and Competencies and a Computer-Based Training Module (in development) support the Tribunal in carrying out its mission to provide an independent and impartial appeal process that is community based and delivers timely and fair decisions.
