BC MAL wins the 2009 BC Mine Reclamation Award for 'Outstanding Reclamation Achievement' for the Yankee Girl Tailings Site. The team consisted of MAL, SNC-Lavalin Environment Inc., SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc., Quantum Murray LP, Masse & Miller Consulting Ltd. and Interior Reforestation Co. Ltd. Gregg Stewart, Mark Tinholt and Neil Sangstrom accepted the award on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands.
