B.C. Language Initiative

The B.C. Language Initiative (BCLI) is a provincial program funded through the First Citizens Fund and administered by the First Peoples’ Heritage, Language and Culture Council. The BCLI supports projects that seek to revitalize provincial First Nations languages through documentation, language classes, immersion programs, material and curriculum development and promotion.
