As part of the implementation plan, the parties agreed to publish annual reports for the 10 years immediately following the effective date. So far, five reports have been done for the years 2000-01 to 2004-05. In 2000-01, BC chose to produce its own report while Canada and Nisga’a Nation produced a bilateral report. Since that first year, the parties have produced a tripartite report.
