Tom Christensen, Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation greets Bear River First Nation elder Agnes Potter at the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Meeting of Ministers responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and National Aboriginal Leaders in Ottawa. Indian and Northern Affairs Canada Minister Andy Scott appears in the centre-background. The Bear River First Nation is one of thirteen First Nation communities in Nova Scotia.
