Tom Christensen, Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation, presents a cheque to the First Peoples' Heritage, Language and Culture Council (FPHLCC) at the fourth annual First Citizens' Forum. The Province is contributing $1 million towards the preservation of B.C. First Nations languages. The funding doubles the amount of annual funding in previous years.
