Budget Transparency and Accountability Act

Certain government organizations may be exempted from preparing service plans, major capital plans and/or annual service plan reports under the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act. A copy of the criteria used to determine exemption status along with a list of organizations with exemption status can be found on the exemptions page.
