2011 Edition

ARCS is used to classify, file, retrieve and dispose of the administrative records of the Government of British Columbia.  A new version of ARCS Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 was approved by the Legislative Assembly on May 19, 2011.  This completes the comprehensive update of ARCS that began when Section 5 was approved in 2007.

The new version of ARCS is the legally approved standard for the management of government’s administrative records.
