Business and Infrastructure Team

The Business and Infrastructure Team Records Unit provides records management services, advice and support to the Ministries of:

  • Community, Sport and Cultural Development
  • Finance
  • Jobs, Tourism and Innovation
  • Transportation and Infrastructure

Team services include:

  • Assisting ministry clients in identifying records management requirements and priorities
  • Providing guidance in establishing and maintaining recordkeeping systems (including electronic) in accordance with approved government classification and retention schedules (ARCS/ORCS).
  • Advice in the development of internal records management procedures,
  • Coordinating and approving both the transfer of records to off-site storage and records destruction applications
  • Liaison with Records Management Operations, IAO in the drafting of ministry ORCS
