Business and Infrastructure Team
The Business and Infrastructure Team Records Unit provides records management services, advice and support to the Ministries of:
- Community, Sport and Cultural Development
- Finance
- Jobs, Tourism and Innovation
- Transportation and Infrastructure
Team services include:
- Assisting ministry clients in identifying records management requirements and priorities
- Providing guidance in establishing and maintaining recordkeeping systems (including electronic) in accordance with approved government classification and retention schedules (ARCS/ORCS).
- Advice in the development of internal records management procedures,
- Coordinating and approving both the transfer of records to off-site storage and records destruction applications
- Liaison with Records Management Operations, IAO in the drafting of ministry ORCS
