"Your government rejected an energy task force report that called for 30 per cent increase if residential customers were to face true market rates. You’ve rejected that and gone to this alternative plan -- does that mean an increase that’s less than 30 per cent for residential customers? Can you give us an idea of what range would be acceptable and what it is you’re hoping customers will face with this plan?"
