Register using eTaxBC

You can use eTaxBC to register for the following tax programs:

• Employer Health Tax
• Insurance Premium Tax (only unlicensed insurance)
• International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)
• Logging Tax
• Property Tax Bulk Administration
• Provincial Sales Tax (PST)
• Tobacco Retail Authorization (TRA)

Once you are registered, you'll receive a program account number (XXX-####-####) that you will need to enrol for access to an eTaxBC account where you can manage your account(s), file returns, make payments and communicate with ministry staff.

You can also register for the Fuel Tax Refund for Persons with Disabilities Program using eTaxBC. Once your registration is approved, you'll receive a registration confirmation letter with information you'll need to apply for the refund.
