Strength	18 mcg dry powder for oral inhalation

Diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) AND Failure after a minimum one-month trial of each of the regular benefit long-acting muscarinic receptor antagonist (LAMA) products (see notes)	Indefinite
