On May 26, 2006, Minister Abbott joined Chef Rob Feenie on the Celebrity Cooking Stage at EAT!Vancouver. The three-day event at BC Place Stadium, sponsored by Food Network Canada, featured exhibits, competitions and cooking demonstrations. One of the presenting sponsors was ActNow BC, a government initiative promoting healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
