On July 3, Health Services Minister Kevin Falcon viewed the state-of-the-art digital mammography machine at Mount Saint Joseph rapid-access breast cancer clinic. The clinic is one of four clinics available to women across the Lower Mainland thanks to a $5-million investment from the Province's Lower Mainland Innovation and Integration Fund. Offering services from screening through surgery, the Mount Saint Joseph clinic's goal is to provide patients with a diagnosis within 21 calender days.
