HEALTHY EATING GUIDES FOR PUNJABI AND CHINESE SENIORS
June 27, 2008On June 27, 2008 in Vancouver, Healthy Living and Sport Minister Mary Polak (centre) launched the translated and culturally adapted Healthy Eating for Seniors handbooks in Punjabi and Chinese. The Healthy Eating for Seniors handbook provides seniors with information on food and supplements, tips on how to eat to prevent or manage common chronic diseases and promotes healthy eating.
