VICTORIA - Minister John van Dongen with Kang Rixin of the China National Nuclear Corporation. Minister van Dongen hosted a luncheon on October 27, 2006 for senior Chinese officials from state owned enterprises visiting Canada on the Leaders' Program in Modern Enterprise Development put on by the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
