Netherlands National Memorial Service – Minister van Dongen joins Netherlands Consul General Henri Driesser to lay a wreath on behalf of the Government of British Columbia in recognition of the civilians and members of the armed forces of the Kingdom of the Netherlands who have died in wars or peacekeeping missions since the outbreak of World War II.
