Murray Coell, Minister of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development, is joined by the Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Industry Canada (right) and David Turpin, University of Victoria president, to announce a $455 million investment in 29 post-secondary infrastructure projects across British Columbia. Through its Knowledge Infrastructure Program, the federal government is providing up to 50 per cent of the funding on a cost-share basis with the Province.
