VICTORIA – Minister Iain Black addressed an audience of international experts at the opening of the 10th Annual Privacy and Security Conference, held February 3, 2009 at the Victoria Conference Centre. The conference examined trends and current issues in the privacy and security arenas and included discussions among some of Canada's privacy commissioners.
