2009-02-26 - The event took place at the chapel at St. Ann's Academy. St. Ann's Academy is a provincial and national historic site owned and managed by the Provincial Capital Commission. The event was attended by representatives from both the heritage community and tourism sector.

2009-02-23 - The Juno Cup is an annual charity hockey game fundraiser for MusiCounts, which helps schools across Canada offer music education. The year's game on March 27, at University of B.C. Thunderbird Arena, will feature former NHLers and more than 20 musicians including: Cuddy, Sarah McLachlan, Tyler Stewart of the Barenaked Ladies, Matthew Barber and Alan Doyle of Great Big Sea.
