Decisions, Reconsideration and Appeal
Overview
Effective: September 29, 2009
The Decisions, Reconsideration and Appeal category provides information about communicating the ministry’s original decisions and the circumstances under which a person can have the ministry’s original decision reconsidered. It also provides information about how a person who is dissatisfied with a reconsideration decision may appeal the decision to the Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal.
