Procedures
Issuing Natal Supplement: November 25, 2008
November 25, 2008Recipients must provide written confirmation of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery from either a medical practitioner, a nurse practitioner or a midwife. The confirmation must be written on letterhead or a prescription pad. The ministry is not responsible for any fees associated with required documentation.
Family units with a dependent child under seven months of age must provide confirmation of the age of the child (for example, birth certificate or baptismal certificate if it specifies the child’s age).
