PREMIER LEADS GREEN DELEGATION TO KOREA, CHINA

VICTORIA – Premier Gordon Campbell will lead British Columbia’s largest-ever green business delegation on a trade mission to South Korea and China, May 17-24, to promote B.C. expertise in clean technology and green building and pursue opportunities in trade, education and investment. Premier Campbell will also officially open the B.C. Canada Pavilion in Beijing.

PREMIER UNVEILS NEW VISION FOR BC PLACE
Premier Gordon Campbell announced a major renovation of BC Place Stadium including a retractable roof, a new home for the Vancouver Whitecaps, and a waterfront site for a new Vancouver Art Gallery.

VANCOUVER – A major renovation of BC Place Stadium – including a retractable roof after 2010 – will expand the city’s sport, culture and entertainment district; feature a new home for the Vancouver Whitecaps; and provide a waterfront site for a new Vancouver Art Gallery, Premier Gordon Campbell announced.
