Premier Gordon Campbell announces the acquisition of 15 more properties around B.C. to provide safe, secure social housing for homeless people. Today's announcement brings the total number of single-room occupancy hotels and other properties acquired to 45 since 2001. This has provided housing for more than 2,000 people.
