VANCOUVER – Two SUVs allegedly used to deliver drugs on Vancouver Island became the first vehicles forfeited to the Province under a civil forfeiture action and, on July 25, were put up for auction. NEW LOWER MAINLAND REMAND FACILITY PROPOSED
