On May 17, 2005, in conjunction with the provincial general election, British Columbia voters will decide the following referendum question:

The Referendum Information Office has been established to provide information about this referendum. This site contains details about the referendum vote, as well as information on the current electoral system and the proposed BC-STV system recommended by the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform.
