Minister Thorpe gets a cooking lesson from some little helpers at the opening of the new StrongStart BC early learning centre in Powell River on Jan. 28, 2008. Minister Thorpe opened the StrongStart Centre on behalf of Education Minister Shirley Bond while he was in Powell River to host a Small Business Roundtable Consultation and visit local small businesses.
