Olga Ilich, MLA for Richmond Centre and Minister of Tourism, Sport and the Arts, presents Celine Gittens with a Certificate of Congratulations from the Province of British Columbia after she was awarded the gold medal and audience choice medal at London's Royal Academy of Dance. Celine, a Grade 12 student from Richmond, competed over 9 days last month in London against more than 50 competitors from around the world. Left to right: Hon.
