On behalf of the Province of British Columbia, I would like to thank all participants and delegates for their attendance at the British Columbia Economic Summits. Your opinions, ideas and insightful perspectives help to define B.C.’s economic opportunities and strengthen the future of our Province.

The British Columbia Economic Summits provided a forum for discussion on key economic priorities and opportunities for British Columbia, as well as exploring ways to strengthen our economy. The two Summits drew a combined crowd of over 1,200 delegates, including a broad cross-section of business, industry, First Nations leaders and community leaders. The Economic summits on all accounts proved both a useful tool and a success.

The open and frank dialogue between the panellists, members of the B.C. government and registered delegates resulted in the kind of ideas and inspiration that will move our province forward.
