VANCOUVER - Economic Development Minister Colin Hansen joined Vancouver- Burrard MLA Lorne Mayencourt at his constituency office September 29, 2006, to discuss connecting new immigrants to services, and skill qualifications. B.C. recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the federal government that will help speed up the process for immigrant entrepreneurs to get to British Columbia.
