VANCOUVER - The Asia Pacific Trade Council presented recommendations to the Province July 10, 2006, on how to increase investment and trade with China and Hong Kong and better position B.C. in that region. Council chair Arthur Hara is featured presenting the report to Premier Gordon Campbell.
