November 30, 2007 - Colin Hansen, Minister of Economic Development, spoke to the 2007 Conference for the Association of Service Providers for Employability and Career Training (ASPECT) about the current labour shortage challenges British Columbia is facing. Minister Hansen focused on the ongoing negotiations to transfer funding under the Labour Market Development Agreement and Labour Market Agreement from the federal government to the Province.
