Construction Association and Monte Solberg, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, share a laugh during the announcement of the Federal Expedited Labour Market Opinion program expansion.
The Government of Canada is expanding the number of occupations covered by the pilot project originally announced in September from 12 to 33. The project allows eligible employers to receive their Labour Market Opinions within five days, rather than waiting up to five months for a response.
