Program eligibility

Financial support for people from Ukraine is offered through the BC Employment and Assistance (BCEA) program. To be eligible, you must:

How to apply

To apply, you may be asked to provide:

  • Email address you check regularly
  • Social Insurance Number (SIN) 
  • Basic BCeID
  • Identification (ID) like a passport
  • Direct deposit information
  • Financial information, like income or assets owned

Applications for the program must be completed through the My Self Serve portal online, in-person or over the phone.
