Projects funded by Connecting British Columbia

Since 2017, the Provincial government has allocated over $500 million into expanding connectivity to underserved rural and Indigenous communities in B.C.

So far, this has funded 187 projects, benefitting approximately 70,000 households in the province.

How to use the map

This map of the province shows all projects which have been allocated funded by the Connecting British Columbia program. These are shown by community. 

Click on a pin on the map to see information for a project in a community. Double click on the map or use your mouse wheel to zoom in and see projects in a specific area. Zoom into an area for an accurate location of the project.

Note that large projects will have a pin in each community the project benefits. Dates and details are subject to change.
